Congratulations for this site that teaches us a little more about the work of this artist-painter; we now see by what styles her work has gone and how she has worked on the same theme. It must be recognized that Julie van der Veen had a sense of color harmony (hardly ever black!) And that her life went through painting since everything she saw was subject to painting.
